We are looking for an experienced

Accounting Manager to lead accounting operations, ensure compliance with Mexican and international accounting standards, and support the financial integrity of a fast-growing automotive company.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead monthly and year-end closing processes, ensuring timely and accurate reporting

- Ensure compliance with IFRS, Mexican Financial Reporting Standards (NIF), and Group reporting requirements

- Manage external and internal audits and coordinate requests from tax authorities

- Oversee fixed assets, inventory accounting, intercompany reconciliations, and transfer pricing support

- Review accounting records and implement process improvements

- Supervise Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable activities

- Partner with Finance leadership to ensure strong financial controls and reporting accuracy

- Support the preparation of transfer pricing documentation

- Perform monthly intercompany transaction reconciliations





- Review the company’s accounting records for accuracy and consistency

- Ensure accurate inventory accounting, including aging, quantities, and model tracking

Requirements

- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

- 5+ years of experience in accounting leadership roles

- Strong knowledge of IFRS and Mexican accounting standards (NIF)

- Experience with SAP (FICO, SD, and MM modules)

- Understanding of Mexican tax compliance, including CFDI, DIOT, and electronic accounting

- Strong analytical, leadership, and problem-solving skills

- Advanced English preferred
