Role Description This temporary remote role focuses on recording clear, natural-sounding Filipino voice samples for use in AI training, localization, and related language projects. Day-to-day tasks include following scripted prompts, reading and recording text in Filipino with accurate pronunciation and neutral tone, and ensuring audio quality by minimizing background noise and interruptions.

The role may also involve labeling or categorizing recordings, following detailed instructions and project guidelines, and securely uploading files through the DatoviaPlayHouse platform. Talent in this role is expected to meet deadlines,



respond to project communications promptly, and maintain confidentiality regarding project materials.

Qualifications

- Strong command of Filipino (native or near-native fluency), with clear diction, accurate pronunciation, and the ability to follow scripted prompts naturally.
- Basic technical skills, including the ability to use recording software or apps, operate a microphone or headset, and upload audio files through online platforms.
- Access to a quiet recording environment and reliable internet connection to ensure consistent audio quality and timely file submission.
- High attention to detail, including careful adherence to instructions, consistent volume and pacing, and accurate completion of any labeling or metadata tasks.
- Professionalism in remote work, including punctuality, responsiveness to project communications, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Prior experience in voice recording, voice-over work, call center roles, teaching, or other voice-intensive activities is a plus but not required.
- Comfort with using online freelance platforms and willingness to follow DatoviaPlayHouse’s quality, privacy, and data security guidelines.
