DevOps & Platform Architect – Staff Engineer

Overview
We are seeking an experienced DevOps & Platform Architect to lead the strategy, architecture, and modernization of DevOps, Platform Engineering, and AI capabilities across the organization.

This role will serve as a key architect for next-generation engineering platforms, driving the vision and adoption of self-service engineering, deployment automation, environment management, developer experience, and AI-enabled engineering solutions. The idóneo candidate combines deep technical expertise with strong architecture leadership and a passion for transforming engineering productivity, operational resilience, and software delivery at scale.

As the DevOps & Platform Architect, you will partner with engineering, operations, and business leaders to establish strategic platform capabilities, accelerate modernization initiatives, and shape the Operations AI roadmap.

• Define and drive the architecture and modernization strategy for DevOps, Platform Engineering, and AI Enablement across Operations, establishing scalable standards, platforms, and practices that improve software delivery, reliability, and engineering productivity.
• Architect and lead next-generation platform capabilities, including self-service engineering platforms, environment management, deployment orchestration, parameter management, developer experience platforms, and automation frameworks that accelerate engineering teams and reduce operational overhead.
