Injection APU Manager

Location: Tetla, Tlaxcala

What are your main tasks?
- Manage plant production.
- Manage authorized staffing levels.
- Coordinate the professional development of direct reports.
Manage activities involving Logistics, Quality, Engineering, Maintenance, and Human Resources.
- Prepare and control the department's annual budget.




- Monitor processes within the area of responsibility.
- Ensure adherence to processes and delivery schedules in accordance with established targets.
- Evaluate staff performance.
- Periodically update staff job descriptions.
- Participate in and oversee compliance with safety standards (GAP) within areas of responsibility.
- Ensure a highly motivated workforce through effective leadership.
- Communicate the company's culture and philosophy throughout the organization.
- Foster the comprehensive development of the work team.
- Develop succession, life, and career plans for direct reports in collaboration with Human Resources.
- Establish departmental objectives jointly with plant management, aligning them with company goals while adhering to corporate guidelines and policies.
- Authority to halt non-conforming processes and/or products, as well as suspect shipments.
