Job Description

Job Title: Technical Business Systems Analyst

JOB SCOPE

Serve as a strategic bridge between Business Units and the Business Technology (BT) organization,



driving data-informed decision-making, streamlining processes, and translating business needs into scalable technology solutions. This role ensures alignment with both regional directives in the local Mexico City region and BT standards.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Strategic & Operational Alignment

•Partner with business stakeholders to gather and interpret functional requirements.

•Ensure regional initiatives are consistent with global BT strategy, standards, and governance.

Data Analytics & Reporting

•Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using Power BI, Excel, and SQL.

•Analyze data to support performance tracking, business insights, and strategic decisions.

Project Management

•Assist in planning, executing, and delivering BT projects.

•Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, milestones, and deliverables.
