We are looking for an experienced HR Sr. Specialist to lead and coordinate key Human Resources activities, ensuring compliance with applicable labor regulations while supporting the organization’s business objectives and talent strategy.

This position will oversee HR processes related to staffing, employee relations, performance management, training and development, compensation and benefits, compliance, and employee engagement. The idóneo candidate will combine strong leadership and analytical skills with a hands-on approach to HR operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and coordinate the daily activities and workflow of the Human Resources function.
- Partner with senior leadership to understand organizational goals and develop HR strategies aligned with business needs.
- Lead recruitment, selection, onboarding, training, and talent management initiatives.
- Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies, procedures, programs, and processes.
- Oversee HR programs including compensation and benefits, leave administration, employee relations, disciplinary matters, investigations, performance management, employee engagement, health and safety, and training and development.
- Identify staffing needs and implement effective recruitment and retention strategies.
- Monitor HR metrics and organizational trends and provide analysis and recommendations to management.
- Ensure compliance with applicable federal, state, and local labor laws and regulations, as well as company policies and best practices.




- Stay current on changes in labor legislation, HR trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.
- Support and communicate changes in HR policies, practices, and procedures to management and employees.
- Prepare and manage the Human Resources departmental budget.
- Support the professional development, training, and certification of HR personnel.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide guidance and feedback to HR team members.
- Handle employee disciplinary actions and terminations in accordance with company policies and applicable legislation.
- Perform other HR-related duties as required.

Supervisory Responsibilities

- Recruit, interview, hire, and train HR department personnel.
- Supervise and coordinate the daily workflow of the HR team.
- Provide constructive and timely performance evaluations.
- Promote accountability, professional development, and continuous improvement within the HR function.

- Ability to adapt to changing organizational and employee needs.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience with HRIS and talent management systems, with the ability to quickly learn new platforms.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field required.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Human Resources management required.
- Experience in employee relations, recruitment, talent management, labor compliance, and HR operations.
- SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certification highly preferred.

WE OFFER

- Location: Corregidora, Qro.
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
- Salary: $31,000 – $45,000 MXN monthly.
- Transportation allowance: 8% additional to the monthly salary.
