Role Description The Human Resources Manager role at EAM-Mosca México is a full-time, on-site position based in Santa Catarina, NLE. This role is responsible for overseeing the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, training, and offboarding processes.
The Human Resources
Manager will manage HR policies and procedures, ensure compliance with local labor laws and company standards, and maintain accurate employee records. Day-to-day responsibilities include advising leaders on workforce planning, managing employee relations and conflict resolution, coordinating benefits and compensation administration, and supporting health and safety initiatives. The role also involves developing HR programs to strengthen engagement, supporting organizational change, and collaborating with management to align HR strategies with business goals.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Human Resources management, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.
- Strong knowledge of Mexican labor law, HR compliance requirements, and best practices for workplace policies and procedures.
- Demonstrated ability to manage compensation and benefits processes, support payroll coordination, and handle confidential employee information with integrity.
- Experience designing and delivering training, skills development, and HR initiatives that support engagement and retention.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills, with the ability to build trust across all levels of the organization.
- Solid organizational and problem-solving abilities, with capacity to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Proficiency with HR information systems and standard office productivity tools (e.g., HRIS, spreadsheets, word processing, and presentation software).
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field; advanced HR certifications are a plus.
- Fluency in Spanish and professional working proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
- Ability to work on-site in Santa Catarina, NLE, and collaborate closely with operations and management teams.
