Position Opening

We are currently seeking a Procurement Analytics & Visualization Specialist (Power BI) to work in a hybrid position in Monterrey, Actual León, supporting one of our main clients.

Resource Description

We are looking for a specialized Procurement Analytics & Visualization resource with strong expertise in Power BI, data analytics, and analytical reporting to support Procurement reporting initiatives, KPI development, and data-driven decision-making.

The primary objective of this role is to transform procurement data into actionable insights through the creation of executive dashboards, operational reports, and standardized KPI frameworks.

This resource will work closely with Procurement stakeholders to understand business needs, analyze data sources, identify opportunities for improvement, and develop intuitive visualizations that increase visibility into Procurement performance.

Beyond dashboard development, the resource is expected to demonstrate critical thinking and analytical curiosity, challenging assumptions, validating data consistency, and proactively identifying trends, risks, and opportunities within Procurement datasets.





Required Experience

- Business Intelligence & Analytics
- 4 to 6 years of experience in Business Intelligence, dashboard development, KPI design, and data analytics.
- Advanced English proficiency – required. Ability to communicate effectively in English in meetings, presentations, and professional/business environments.
- Experience supporting Procurement, Supply Chain, Finance, or Operations functions is highly desirable.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work with large and complex datasets.
- Ability to identify patterns, anomalies, trends, and business opportunities from data.
- Experience performing data validation and reconciliation activities.
- Critical thinking and the ability to challenge KPI calculations and business assumptions when necessary.
- Power BI & Data Visualization
- Strong experience designing and developing Power BI dashboards and reports.
- Advanced knowledge of DAX, Power Query, and data modeling.
- Ability to create executive and operational reporting solutions.
- Strong understanding of data visualization best practices and KPI presentation.
- Experience translating business requirements into analytical solutions.

- Data Platforms
- Working knowledge of Snowflake.
- Experience querying and analyzing data from enterprise data environments.
- Understanding of data structures and end-to-end data flows.
- SQL knowledge is highly desirable.




- Procurement Knowledge – Preferred
- Understanding of Procurement and Source-to-Pay processes.
- Ability to engage with Procurement stakeholders and understand business requirements.
- Familiarity with Procurement performance metrics such as:

- Spend

- Savings

- Compliance

- PO Adoption

- Cycle Time

- Supplier Performance

- Contract Coverage
