At Kasai Mexicana, we are seeking an Intelligent Automation Engineer to join our IT team and drive the development of AI-driven, automated and innovative solutions that improve the way our business operates.
In this position, you will work closely with IT and business teams to identify opportunities for automation, leverage emerging AI technologies, and develop solutions that enhance efficiency, productivity and business performance.
What will you do?
- Identify and analyze business processes to detect opportunities for automation and AI implementation.
- Research and evaluate Generative AI tools, automation technologies and emerging digital solutions.
- Design, develop and test AI-powered and automated solutions according to business needs.
- Collaborate with business users and IT teams to integrate solutions into existing processes and systems.
- Support the deployment and adoption of new technologies.
- Monitor implemented solutions and identify opportunities for continuous improvement and optimization.
What are we looking for?
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Informatics or a related field.
Experience & Technical Skills
- 3 years of experience in business analysis, process design, process mapping or process discovery.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and systems-thinking skills.
- Experience or knowledge of Generative AI platforms, such as OpenAI, Claude, Gemini or similar.
- Knowledge of SQL Server, Python and/or .NET.
- Familiarity with cloud environments, preferably AWS or Azure.
English – Advanced
