What you'll do

We’re looking for a Partnerships Expert to build Clara’s financing partnerships motion in Mexico. This is a role for someone who has already built a partner program inside a BNPL or embedded-finance company — recruiting merchants, platforms, and originators, writing the commercial offer, and making the channel produce volume. You will translate that craft to Clara: partnerships that put flexible financing, funded spend, and working-capital products in front of the companies that already trust another platform. You own the results of this motion end-to-end.

- Build the financing channel: Map and recruit the partner types that can originate or distribute Clara financing: platforms, vertical software, lenders, and commercial networks where a company already makes a spend or credit decision.
