Job Description

Our Client:

Leading retail company in LATAM is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Chief Operating Officer (COO) to lead the company's operations and ensure smooth, high-impact execution across multiple stores. This role requires a visionary leader who can design innovative strategies, drive operational excellence, and accelerate business growth.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement operational strategies that align with business goals and maximize store performance.




- Lead the optimization of the supply chain, ensuring efficiency from procurement to last-mile delivery.
- Drive the expansion plan by identifying new market opportunities and overseeing the launch of new stores.
- Foster a customer-first culture by ensuring top-tier service and experience across all channels.
- Build cross-functional collaboration among marketing, logistics, HR, and IT teams to ensure seamless operations.
- Anticipate market trends and develop strategies to maintain a competitive edge.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. MBA is highly desirable.
