The client is a Florida-based custom home builder specializing in high-end residential construction.
The company operates with a lean, collaborative team where the Project Manager plays a critical role in connecting management, field personnel, subcontractors, vendors, and clients to keep projects organized and moving forward.
We are seeking a Project Manager with hands‐on experience working on US‐based construction projects, ideally within high‐end or luxury custom residential construction.
This role will serve as a key communication and coordination point across the company, helping manage client relationships, support project execution, review construction documents and budgets, and improve internal processes.

and confident communicating with high‐expectation clients and construction professionals.
Serve as the primary communication link between management, field personnel, subcontractors, vendors, and clients
Maintain clear and professional communication throughout the project lifecycle
Read, understand, and interpret construction blueprints, plans, specifications, and project documents
Analyze and evaluate vendor estimates, proposals, and construction budgets
Coordinate with internal employees, subcontractors, suppliers, and other project stakeholders
Track project requirements, follow-ups, deliverables, and outstanding items
Help ensure projects remain aligned with quality, schedule, budget, and client expectations
Anticipate potential issues and proactively communicate solutionsSupport the delivery of high‐end custom homes while maintaining rigorous quality standards
