Essential Functions
- Attends meetings (e.g. unit meetings, in-service training, etc.) for the purpose of conveying and/or gathering information required to perform job functions.
- Cleans kitchen (e.g. ovens, surfaces, pots, pans, staff restroom, etc.) for the purpose of maintaining required sanitary conditions.
- Cooks breakfast and lunch foods (e.g. prepared, from scratch following recipes, etc.) for the purpose of meeting mandated nutritional and projected meal requirements.
- Estimates food preparation amounts (e.g. follows production records, adjust recipes if required, etc.) for the purpose of meeting projected meal requirements and minimizing waste.
