Position Overview
The Regional Senior HR Generalist will work closely with HR leadership and regional management teams to provide hands‑on HR support, ensuring that HR policies, programs, and processes are effectively implemented across the assigned country and/or region. This role will support a wide range of HR functions, including employee relations, performance management, talent acquisition, compensation/pay, and compliance. The Senior HR Generalist will be proactive, organized,



and able to manage HR operations across the region with a focus on employee satisfaction and operational efficiency.

In‑Office
This is a 100% in‑office role based at our Guadalajara, MEX location. Remote or hybrid work is not available for this position. Candidates must be able to work on‑site five days per week during designated work hours.
