Epic Certified Consultant
Location: Remote (Mexico)
Job Summary
We are looking for an Epic Certified Consultant based in Mexico to join a healthcare technology project supporting Epic implementation, optimization, and support initiatives. The adecuado candidate should have active Epic certification, strong healthcare domain experience, and the ability to work with cross-functional teams in a remote environment.
Responsibilities
Configure, implement, and optimize Epic applications based on business and clinical requirements.
Support Epic implementation, upgrades, and enhancement projects.
Collaborate with clinical, operational, and technical stakeholders.
Troubleshoot production issues and provide ongoing application support.
Conduct system testing, validation, and documentation.
Participate in workflow analysis and recommend process improvements.
Support end-user training and go-live activities when required.
Required Skills




Active Epic Certification in at least one Epic module.
Experience with Epic implementation, optimization, or support projects.
Strong understanding of healthcare workflows and clinical/business operations.
Experience with system configuration, testing, and troubleshooting.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work remotely from Mexico.
Preferred Qualifications
Multiple Epic certifications.
Experience with Epic upgrades and go-live support.
Knowledge of integration, reporting, or interoperability within the Epic ecosystem.
