This role is adecuado for recent graduates or students close to graduation who are looking to develop their careers in the automotive or metal-mechanical industry while gaining hands-on experience with manufacturing processes and continuous improvement initiatives.Main Responsibilities- Daily management and administration of the Maintenance or operation in a Production Technical area (We have two open positions):Maintenance Administrator:- Support preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
- Capital projects, TPM Plan, Time-Outs- Oversee the daily management and administration of the Maintenance Department.Production Technical:- Monitor equipment performance and production processes.




- Assist in troubleshooting manufacturing issues and implementing corrective actions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve operational efficiency.
- Support compliance with quality and safety standards.Requirements- Recent graduate or currently pursuing the final semester of an Engineering degree (Mechanical, Mechatronics, Industrial, Manufacturing, or related field).
- Knowledge of Core Tools (APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, MSA).
- Knowledge of IATF ***** is desirable.
- Internship, co-op, or practical experience in a metal-mechanical or automotive manufacturing environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Upper-Intermediate English
