Job SummaryWe need to onboard SDET for Mexico location to support the Contact Center Contact Center transformation initiatives.
The candidate will be responsible for designing and developing scalable UI and API automation frameworks using Playwright -TypeScript/PyTest while ensuring application quality security validation and continuous testing across agile delivery teams.Qualifications:10+ years of Quality Engineering and Test Automation experiencePlaywright for UI and end-to-end automation testingTypeScript/JavaScript for automation framework developmentPython & PyTest for test automation and framework developmentAPI Automation Testing (REST/SOAP API validation mocking and integration testing)Automation Framework Design using reusable and scalable architecture (POM utilities reporting CI/CD integration)Security & Vulnerability Analysis including identification assessment and development of automated validation scripts for security findingsContact Center Domain Knowledge including Agent Desktop CRM IVR Call Routing Chat and Omnichannel applicationsCI/CD and DevOps experience with Azure DevOps Jenkins GitHub Actions Git and automated pipelinesCross-browser and End-to-End Testing using modern automation toolsMicroservices and API-driven Architecture TestingAgile/Scrum Methodology with experience working in sprint-based delivery modelsStrong defect analysis troubleshooting and root cause analysis skillsAbility to lead automation initiatives mentor team members and collaborate with development product and security teamsExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsWhy Cognizant?
