Descripción
- Lead the Finance & Accounting function, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting under US GAAP.
- Manage month-end and year-end close, reconciliations, and financial reporting processes.
- Oversee Treasury, Cash Flow, Accounts Payable, Taxes, and statutory compliance.
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
- Partner with U.S. Finance and local commercial teams to support business decisions and performance.
- Lead and develop the finance team while driving process improvement, internal controls, and operational efficiency.





Perfil buscado
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; Public Accounting background preferred.
- 5-10 years of progressive experience in Finance and Accounting roles.
- Proven experience leading Finance & Accounting teams with direct reports.
- Strong knowledge of US GAAP, accounting, treasury, taxes, financial reporting, and month-end close.
- Experience reporting to or working closely with U.S.-based stakeholders.
- Advanced English required; SAP experience preferred.
