Job Description

We're seeking a
Senior Application Support Engineer (Java & SQL) to provide L1/L2 production support for a portfolio of business-critical enterprise applications. This role focuses on incident resolution, root-cause analysis, production monitoring, SQL-based investigations, application troubleshooting, integration support,



and release validation across complex distributed systems. The adecuado candidate has strong experience supporting Java-based applications in production environments, troubleshooting integrations and data issues, and collaborating with business and engineering teams to maintain system stability and service levels.

- Monitor application health, batch jobs, integrations, and scheduled processes across enterprise platforms.
- Investigate and resolve production incidents within agreed SLAs.
- Perform root-cause analysis and implement sustainable solutions for recurring issues.
- Analyze application logs, interfaces, APIs, and database transactions to identify failures and data inconsistencies.
- Execute advanced SQL investigations, data reconciliation, and validation activities.
- Support production releases, deployment validation, smoke testing, and post-release verification.
