Objective:

Support the maintenance of a stable work environment through the proper application of procedures and policies established by Strattec Operaciones Mexicanas.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with company policies, regulations, the Code of Ethics, and the Code of Conduct.
- Provide guidance and support regarding electronic payroll and IMSS-related inquiries.
- Assist and support employees with workplace-related matters.
- Calculate, process, and monitor savings fund loans.
- Support the onboarding process for newly hired and promoted employees.
- Assist in preparing turnover and absenteeism analyses.




- Maintain and organize employee records and files.
- Coordinate and oversee the signing of employment contracts.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Adaptable to work first and second shifts.
- Experience in the maquiladora/manufacturing industry.
- Fluent English
- Knowledge of the Mexican Federal Labor Law
- Internal Work Rules (RIT) application.
- MS Office - Excel
- Service-oriented attitude.
- Negotiation skills.
- Organized and detail-oriented.

The position is developed in Planta 1, located at Auxiliar No. 1 Parque Industrial Gema
