We are looking for a
Chief Software Engineer
to build a next-generation AI-powered financial assistant platform that rapidly iterates with business users to deliver chat, reporting, and bespoke interfaces for investment workflows. You will lead hands-on engineering across design and delivery in a small, high-autonomy team.

Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of an AI-powered assistant platform from concept to production
- Design scalable service architectures and define reliability, security,



and performance requirements
- Build backend APIs and services in Python using FastAPI to support chat and reporting workflows
- Integrate LLM capabilities and apply AI-assisted development methods to accelerate delivery
- Translate high-level goals into detailed requirements, edge cases, and implementation plans
- Collaborate directly with business users to test, refine, and ship iterative product improvements
- Implement automated testing, observability, and incident-ready practices to maintain quality
- Deploy and operate services using cloud infrastructure and container orchestration
- Review code and enforce engineering standards for maintainability and correctness
- Mentor engineers and drive a culture of accountability, transparency, and excellence
