Configuration Management Systems Engineer – Mobile App Packaging & Deployment

Position Overview
The JLL Technologies Configuration Management Team seeks an experienced IT professional to support and administer system configuration management technologies with a specialization in mobile device application packaging and deployment. This role involves incident management and resolution while collaborating with integral teams to plan, test, and execute technology initiatives worldwide.
Key Responsibilities
Mobile Application Management
- Publish applications from Apple iOS App Store and Google Play to mobile devices using Apple Business Manager and Managed Google Play store
- Package and deploy software applications to Apple iOS and Android mobile endpoints using Microsoft Intune
- Test, validate, and deploy application updates on scheduled or as-needed basis
- Manage and track use of developer certificates
Technical Support & Documentation
- Provide deployment status reporting and ad hoc analysis
- Participate in large-scale projects as part of the Configuration Management team
- Support follow-the-sun global support model for critical system issues and maintenance
- Troubleshoot complex end-user issues and coordinate with team members, support teams, and vendors
- Author internal documentation including Knowledge Base articles, environment diagrams, and configuration procedures
