About the Role

We’re looking for an experienced
Advertiser Acquisition Manager
who already knows how to
find, onboard, and manage advertisers
looking for performance-based traffic and customer acquisition.

This is a hands-on role in a fast-moving startup environment. You’ll be responsible for bringing new advertisers and campaigns to PartnerLlama, understanding their acquisition needs, and connecting them with the right performance traffic sources.

We are looking for someone who has
existing experience working directly with advertisers
— not someone who is just starting to learn affiliate marketing.

Your Experience

You should have experience
finding and managing advertisers
in one or more of the following verticals:
- Home & Home Services
- Insurance
- Finance / Fintech
- Nutra
- Software / SaaS
- E-commerce
- Legal
- Health & Wellness
- Mobile / Apps
- Sweeps / Sweepstakes




- Or other performance-driven verticals

Experience across multiple verticals is a strong advantage.

What You'll Do
- Find and prospect new brands, advertisers and agencies actively looking for quality traffic.
- Build relationships with decision-makers in Growth, Marketing, Acquisition and Partnerships.
- Understand advertiser goals, GEOs, budgets, KPIs and conversion requirements.
- Pitch and sell performance-based acquisition campaigns.
- Negotiate
CPA, CPL, CPC, CPI, CPM and CPS
deals.
- Onboard advertisers and get campaigns live.
- Manage advertiser relationships from initial contact through campaign growth.
- Work with our affiliate, publisher and traffic teams to match campaigns with suitable sources.
- Monitor campaign performance, quality and volume.
- Identify opportunities to increase advertiser spend and scale successful campaigns.
- Maintain a strong pipeline of potential advertisers and new opportunities.
