Objective
To lead and coordinate the operations of the IT support team assigned to warehouses and distribution centers, ensuring the continuity and availability of the technology services that support logistics operations.

Education:
Degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Telecommunications, Information Technology, or a related field.
Experience




4–7 years of experience in IT Support, Infrastructure, Field Support, or Service Desk roles.
Prior experience leading or supervising technical teams.
Experience in distributed operational environments—preferably logistics, warehousing, manufacturing, or retail.
Experience with incident management and ITSM platforms.
Experience with budget administration or IT expense control (desirable).
Technical Knowledge
Hardware and user support.
Networking and troubleshooting.
Printing and peripherals.
Infrastructure and telecommunications concepts.
