Job Description

The Loss Drafts Senior Associate is responsible for managing complex property damage and loss draft claims while ensuring compliance with established guidelines and requirements. This role reviews claim documentation, analyzes claim notes within the system of record, requests and evaluates inspections, and determines when exceptions may be required to support claim resolution.

The Senior Associate serves as a key resource for borrowers, contractors, attorneys, and internal partners by providing accurate guidance throughout the claims process, handling escalated inquiries, resolving complaints,



and facilitating the timely disbursement of claim funds. Success in this role requires strong attention to detail, critical thinking, excellent communication skills, and a customer-focused approach to delivering a positive experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries and requests through written and verbal channels in a timely, professional, and customer-focused manner.
- Review, validate, and evaluate claim-related documentation to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with established requirements.
- Request inspections and analyze inspection results to support claim processing and funding decisions.
- Submit draw requests for claim funds when applicable and in accordance with established procedures.
