Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled
Senior Spring Boot Developer
with expertise in
Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices Architecture
to design, develop, and maintain scalable backend applications. The idóneo candidate should possess strong backend development experience, problem-solving skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with global and local stakeholders in both
Spanish and English
.

The candidate will work closely with architects, QA teams, frontend developers, DevOps engineers, and business stakeholders to deliver high-quality enterprise applications.

Key Responsibilities

Technical Development & Ownership
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend applications using
Java and Spring Boot
.
- Develop and enhance
RESTful APIs
and microservices-based applications.
- Contribute to technical solution design and backend architecture discussions.
- Ensure high-quality, reusable, and maintainable code.

Architecture & Design




- Participate in designing scalable and secure backend systems using
Spring Boot
.
- Collaborate with system architects to ensure alignment with overall solution architecture.
- Support implementation of microservices and cloud-native solutions.

Code Review & Quality Assurance
- Participate in
code reviews
to ensure code quality and adherence to best practices.
- Follow coding standards, secure development practices, and performance optimization techniques.
- Troubleshoot and resolve application performance and production issues.

Project Planning & Execution
- Participate in sprint planning, estimation, and technical discussions.
- Collaborate with project managers to ensure successful and timely delivery.
- Support effort estimation and technical task breakdown.

Collaboration & Communication
- Work closely with cross-functional teams including frontend developers, QA engineers, DevOps teams, and architects.
