We are looking for a
Solution Architect
to shape scalable software architecture and translate business needs into secure, resilient technical designs. You will partner with product managers, business analysts, and engineering leads to define end-to-end solutions, choose technologies, and guide delivery teams through implementation in domains like Financial Services, Insurance, and Retail—
Responsibilities
Design robust, scalable and secure end-to-end software architectures across backend services, front-end layers, databases, integrations and cloud infrastructure
Run proofs-of-concept (PoCs), assess third-party tools, APIs and frameworks, and make data-driven choices for technology stack selection
Define architectural standards, reusable design patterns and coding guidelines
Guide development teams through technical governance to keep implementations aligned with the agreed-upon architecture
Partner with product owners to convert business requirements into clear technical blueprints
Explain complex architectural concepts to both technical developers and non-technical business leaders
Ensure designs consistently cover key non-functional requirements such as security,



high availability, disaster recovery, performance and cost-efficiency
Requirements
Hands-on experience of 2+ years as a Solution Architect, Technical Lead, or Principal Engineer designing complex, distributed enterprise software systems
Solid understanding of modern architectural patterns such as Microservices, Event-Driven Architecture and Serverless designs
Strong knowledge of APIs and Cloud-Native designs
Practical skills with major cloud platforms (AWS, Azure or GCP) and modern infrastructure practices including containers, Kubernetes and database design
Exceptional communication, negotiation and leadership skills, with the ability to influence technical decisions and align cross-functional teams
Proven analytical and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to balance tactical delivery pressure with long-term strategic architectural goals
English proficiency at B2 (Upper-Intermediate) level or higher
