Mroads is looking for a "Full Stack Lead" for one of our direct clients in Mexico City, Mexico.
This is a hybrid role.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Full Stack and Frontend developers.
Provide technical leadership, architecture guidance, and code quality standards across projects.
Remain hands-on by contributing to application development, debugging, code reviews, and resolving complex technical issues.
Design and develop scalable, secure, and high-performance web applications using React.js, Node.js, and GraphQL.
Collaborate with Product Managers, UX/UI, QA, DevOps, and business stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions.
Drive engineering best practices including clean code, reusable components, automated testing, and design patterns.
Lead sprint planning, estimation, and technical execution in Agile/Scrum environments.
Review application performance, scalability, security, and maintainability.




Mentor developers through technical coaching, pair programming, and knowledge-sharing sessions.
Support production deployments and troubleshoot critical production issues when needed.
Required Technical Skills
10+ years of software development experience with at least 3 years leading engineering teams.
Strong hands-on expertise in:
React.js
Node.js
GraphQL
JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScript
HTML5, CSS3, and responsive web development
Experience building scalable REST and GraphQL APIs.
Strong understanding of microservices architecture and event-driven systems.
Experience with state management libraries such as Redux or Context API.
Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB).
Strong proficiency with Git and modern software development practices.
