Responsibilities
Takes the prepared data and generates invoices, ensuring all completed
service orders are accurately reflected.
Submits invoices to clients and follows up on payments to ensure timely
collection. Handles billing issues, working directly with customers to resolve disputes and ensure customer satisfaction.
Analyzes and reviews service details, pricing, and required documentation to
ensure invoices are correct before submission.
Collaborates with the Accounts Receivable department to verify payment
methods and ensure efficient collection.
Maintains organized records, ensuring customer accounts are updated with
accurate billing information.
Other duties as assigned.
Compensations
$25,000 Base Gross Monthly Salary
