We are looking for an experienced
Human Resources Generalist
to support U.S.-based HR operations while also managing local HR responsibilities in Mérida.

? Requirements

Mandatory:
- Minimum
3 years of HR experience
- At least
2 years supporting U.S.-based HR operations
- At least
1 year of local HR experience
- Experience with employee relations, disciplinary processes, investigations, and compliance
- C1 Advanced English
, both written and verbal
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred

Preferred:
- PHR or SHRM-CP certification
- Previous experience in the
healthcare industry
- U.S. Visa is a plus, but not required
- Willingness to travel up to 10% when required

? Key Responsibilities
- Support operations teams as an HR business partner
- Manage HR programs including compensation, benefits,



leave, performance management, talent management, training, and employee recognition
- Handle employee relations, complaints, investigations, disciplinary actions, and terminations
- Support HR policies, procedures, and compliance initiatives
- Ensure compliance with
USCIS Form I-9
requirements and conduct periodic audits
- Support unemployment claim proceedings
- Manage onboarding and offboarding processes
- Respond to employee HR inquiries and provide appropriate guidance
- Support HR projects and initiatives assigned by leadership

You should be comfortable handling sensitive workplace situations, resolving conflicts, working with confidential information, and collaborating with operations leaders and cross-fun
