WaterPallets is looking for a Driver Sourcing & Onboarding Specialist to join our Operations team.
This position will be responsible for actively sourcing reliable drivers and owner-operators, contacting and communicating with potential drivers, and guiding qualified drivers through the onboarding process.
The specialist will be responsible for explaining our available loads, pickup and delivery requirements, rates, and operational expectations to drivers. They will also evaluate drivers and verify that they meet our standards for reliability, professionalism, communication, and trustworthiness before they are added to our driver network.
The idóneo candidate must have advanced English communication skills, strong judgment, excellent follow-up skills, and the ability to build professional relationships with drivers across the United States.

Key Responsibilities
- Actively source and identify reliable drivers and owner-operators for available and future loads.
- Contact potential drivers by phone, text, and email.




- Introduce WaterPallets and explain our transportation opportunities and requirements.
- Explain load details, including pickup location, delivery location, pallet quantity, delivery requirements, estimated delivery date, rates, and other important instructions.
- Guide qualified drivers through the complete onboarding process.
- Collect and verify all required driver and carrier information and documentation.
- Evaluate drivers based on their experience, communication, availability, professionalism, and reliability.
- Perform driver and carrier verification according to company procedures.
- Identify potential red flags or inconsistencies before a driver is approved.
- Determine whether a driver is a good fit for WaterPallets' operations.
- Maintain consistent communication and follow up with drivers throughout the onboarding process.
