Key Responsibilities

Compensation
- Conduct market analysis and salary benchmarking to ensure competitive pay practices.
- Support the development and maintenance of salary structures, job grades, and compensation policies.
- Participate in annual compensation processes, including salary reviews, merit increases, bonus planning, and incentive programs.
- Analyze compensation data and prepare reports for management decision-making.
- Ensure internal pay equity and alignment with organizational compensation philosophy.
- Collaborate with HR Business Partners and Talent Acquisition teams on job evaluations and salary offers.

Benefits Administration
- Manage employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, wellness initiatives, and other company-sponsored benefits.
- Coordinate benefits enrollment, changes, and employee communications.
- Act as the primary point of contact for benefits-related inquiries.
- Evaluate current benefit offerings and recommend enhancements to support employee needs and business goals.




- Partner with external vendors and brokers to ensure effective service delivery.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in compensation, benefits, rewards, or HR analytics.
- Experience working with HRIS systems and compensation management tools.
- Experience performing salary surveys and market benchmarking.
- Advanced English skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and HR reporting tools.
- Knowledge of compensation structures, benefits administration, and job evaluation methodologies.
- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
