We are looking for a Fractional
Financial Controller
who can take full ownership of our accounting, financial reporting, cash flow management, and strategic financial planning as we scale toward a national footprint.

This is a key leadership role reporting directly to the CEO.

What You’ll Do

Accounting & Reporting
- Migrate all historical accounting (Year 1 → present) into QuickBooks
- Build a clean, accurate chart of accounts
- Reconcile all accounts weekly
- Produce daily/weekly/monthly P&Ls;
- Maintain accrual-based financials

Revenue & Deal Tracking
- Attribute revenue by agent, office, area, and listing type




- Reconcile FLEX MLS → HubSpot → QuickBooks
- Track commissions, splits, and bonuses
- Manage pre-construction payment schedules and collections

Cash Flow & Forecasting
- Build and maintain a 13-week cash flow model
- Develop monthly & quarterly forecasts
- Build the annual budget and scenario models

Expense & Office Profitability
- Categorize all expenses
- Implement spending controls and vendor approvals
- Track income vs expenses per office
- Identify underperforming markets

Marketing ROI & Attribution
- Assign lead source to every closed sale
- Calculate CAC & ROI per marketing channel
- Support marketing budget decisions with real data

Compliance & Payroll
- SAT compliance (IVA, withholdings, payroll)
- Contractor payments, commissions, bonuses
- Multi-office compliance across different markets

Dashboards & KPIs
- Build real-time dashboards for the CEO and team leads
- KPIs include CAC, c
