*KEY RESPONSIBILITIES*
- Implement, maintain, and continuously improve the Quality Management System (QMS).
- Monitor compliance with quality standards throughout the production process.
- Conduct inspections of raw materials, work-in-process, and finished products.
- Verify product characteristics such as dimensions, printing, color, finishes, gluing, assembly, and overall appearance.
- Identify and analyze quality issues and determine their root causes. Implement and follow up on corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Address and follow up on customer complaints and product returns.
- Conductinternal and process audits.
- Monitor and maintain requirements related to ISCC certification, including document control, traceability, and compliance with applicable procedures.
- Follow up with suppliers and ensure the required documentation is available for ISCC compliance.
- Prepare quality reports and key performance indicators (KPIs).Participate in continuous improvement initiatives aimed at reducing waste, rework,



and product rejects.
- Train personnel on quality procedures and inspection criteria.
- Maintain updated procedures, forms, specifications, and quality management system

*QUALIFICATIONS*
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Quality Engineering, Process Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience with Quality Management Systems (QMS), preferably in manufacturing, packaging, printing, or cosmetic products.
- Experience and knowledge of ISCC (International Sustainability and Carbon Certification).
- Experience preparing for and supporting ISCC audits.
- Knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 requirements and Quality Management System implementation and maintenance.
- Experience participating in or conducting ISO 9001 internal and external , quality records, and document control.
