*About the Role*

We are a real estate investment company looking for a motivated and experienced
FUS (Follow-Up Specialist)
to manage and follow up with incoming seller leads.

The adecuado candidate is
fluent in both English and Spanish
, has previous experience in a FUS or similar follow-up role, understands the real estate industry, and has a strong sales background.

You will be responsible for speaking with potential home sellers, conducting discovery conversations, qualifying leads, maintaining accurate CRM records, and ensuring qualified opportunities are successfully passed to the owner for closing.

This is a results-driven position with an opportunity to grow with the team and earn additional incentives based on performance.

*What You'll Do*
- Follow up with warm inbound leads from potential home sellers




- Answer and manage incoming calls from homeowners interested in selling
- Conduct structured discovery calls to understand the seller's situation and motivation
- Confirm the property's listing status and identify all decision-makers involved in the potential sale
- Determine whether the homeowner is ready and willing to discuss a potential sale
- Build rapport while maintaining a professional and consultative approach
- Follow established call scripts and processes
- Qualify leads based on established criteria
- Maintain accurate and detailed lead information in the CRM
- Use
GoHighLevel (GHL)
and other systems to manage lead follow-up and communication
- Document call outcomes, conversations, and next steps
- Hand off qualified, motivated leads to the owner for closing
- Communicate with leads in both English and Spanish as needed
