For a transformation program in Mexico, we’re supporting an OCM (Organizational Change Management) workstream connected to SAP and/or S/4HANA. In this role, we help coordinate on-site OCM activities, strengthen stakeholder engagement, and ensure communications and translated materials are delivered clearly to support manufacturing operations during critical milestones.

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate on-site OCM activities (stakeholder identification, roadshows, communications, and translations).
- Support on-site stakeholder engagement and communication activities.
- Translate OCM materials from English to Spanish.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders and supervisors on-site to align messages and execution.
- Be able to work on-site in Mexicali as needed, while supporting a mostly remote setup during the program.

We’re looking for an OCM Consultant (10 years). The role requires experience in OCM and SAP or S/4HANA, plus an understanding of manufacturing operations.

Required Experience And Skills
- OCM experience (organizational change management) with active stakeholder communication.
- Experience with SAP and/or S/4HANA.
- Understanding of manufacturing operations.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish.
- Strong ability to translate OCM materials from English to Spanish accurately.
- Comfort working with supervisors and stakeholders on-site to coordinate communications and alignment.

Work approach
- Should be able to work on-site at Mexicali.
- The role will be mostly remote, but travel to the client site may be required during critical milestones.
