The Work
(What you’ll be doing & Your Impact)

- Execute end-to-end recruitment processes for technical, product, design, and creative roles, from intake to offer.
- Source, screen, and engage talent across Software Engineering, Data, Infrastructure, AI, Product, UX/UI, Brand, Motion, and Creative roles.
- Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines through proactive sourcing and relationship-building.
- Conduct candidate interviews and provide clear, thoughtful recommendations to hiring teams.
- Partner with recruiters, hiring managers, and stakeholders to align on role requirements and move searches forward efficiently.
- Manage multiple active searches simultaneously while maintaining a high-quality candidate experience and consistent communication.
- Keep searches moving through proactive sourcing, candidate engagement, and strong process management.
