What You’ll Be Part Of
As Engineering Manager, you will be responsible for the results of key plant indicators, including Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost, for the product manufactured in the plant. You will apply the HPS philosophy, develop HARMAN skills in employees, and coordinate engineering activities to support product, process, documentation, and customer requirements.

Your Team
You will work closely with Sr. Manufacturing Engineers, Test Engineers, Program Managers, Process Engineering, Test Engineering, Quality, EHSS, and other cross-functional teams.





How You’ll Make An Impact
- Support recurring internal and external meetings to track project progress.
- Coordinate the generation and release of required documentation, including PFMEAs, flowcharts, Control Plans, Visual Aids, and related engineering documentation.
- Coordinate the creation of purchase requests for equipment required for projects in collaboration with Process Engineering and Test Engineering.
- Maintain project status using tools such as Microsoft Project.
- Ensure compliance with the quality systems and environmental management systems implemented in the company.
- Coordinate process changes with Engineering teams and support timely implementation.
- Coordinate product changes with Program Managers and support timely implementation.
- Review and follow up on PLM status.
- Review strategic points related to internal meetings and customer expectations.
