Join ListenTrust as a Bilingual Charity Representative and help create a positive experience for callers who want to make a difference.

In this role, you’ll assist callers through the donation process, accurately capture their information, and provide a friendly, professional experience from beginning to end.

What You’ll Do
- Assist inbound callers with their donations.
- Accurately capture donor and donation information.
- Provide friendly and professional customer service.
- Clearly communicate in both English and Spanish.
- Follow campaign procedures and quality standards.
- Help create a positive donor experience on every call.

Available Part-Time Schedules

Morning Shift
- Monday–Friday: 5:00 AM – 11:00 AM
- Saturday: 6:00 AM – 12:00 PM
- Sunday: Off

Afternoon Shift
- Monday–Friday: 1:00 PM – 7:00 PM
- Saturday: 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM
- Sunday: Off

Compensation

$3,405 MXN per week before taxes

- Advanced/conversational English.

- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Comfortable working with computers and capturing information while speaking with callers.
- Availability to work one of the listed schedules, including Saturdays.
