Job Title: Sr. Analyst, Payroll Mexico

REPORTS TO: Associate Manager, Payroll Mexico

This Senior Payroll Analyst position is responsible for the administration, governance, and continuous improvement of payroll-related programs and services, with a primary focus on the Employee Savings Fund Program. This role serves as the main point of contact for employees, vendors, and internal stakeholders regarding the program, ensuring accurate administration, regulatory compliance, and an exceptional employee experience.

In addition to managing day-to-day program activities, the Senior Payroll Analyst will play a key role in evaluating and supporting the potential transition of the Savings Fund Program from an external vendor platform to an internally developed application. The position requires strong analytical skills, project coordination capabilities, and the ability to provide recommendations that support operational efficiency, process optimization, and strategic decision-making.

The role may also support broader payroll operations,



including payroll administration, issue resolution, process improvement initiatives, reporting, audits, and compliance activities, while ensuring payroll services are delivered accurately and on time.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer the Employee Savings Fund Program, ensuring accurate enrollment, contributions, withdrawals, settlements, and compliance with company policies and applicable regulations.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for employees regarding all Savings Fund Program inquiries, providing timely support and issue resolution while delivering a positive employee experience.
- Coordinate and maintain relationships with external vendors and internal stakeholders to support the effective administration and governance of the program.
