About The Role
We are looking for a Digital Engagement Manager to support a global pharmaceutical client in the delivery of digital content and engagement initiatives across international markets. The role combines stakeholder management, project coordination and digital asset production, working closely with pharmaceutical stakeholders, creative teams, agencies and other delivery partners
.
Your Responsibilities
- Act as a key point of contact for stakeholders, building strong relationships and ensuring a positive client experience.




- Manage multiple digital content and marketing projects from briefing through production, review, approval and delivery.
- Coordinate the creation and adaptation of digital assets, ensuring high quality and alignment with requirements and timelines.
- Work closely with creative and digital agencies and internal production teams.
- Translate stakeholder needs into clear briefs, project requirements and actionable next steps.
- Act as a bridge between stakeholder needs and delivery teams, ensuring alignment between requirements, priorities and execution.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure effective communication across stakeholders, markets and time zones.
- Proactively identify risks, dependencies and blockers and drive their resolution.
- Ensure visibility of project status, priorities and deliverables using relevant project management tools.
