Our client, a well-established European industrial company with international operations, is looking for a
Business Development Manager
to lead and accelerate its commercial development in Mexico.

The successful candidate will be responsible for
developing the Mexican market, identifying new business opportunities, building a strong sales pipeline and establishing long-term relationships with industrial customers and partners
.

This is a highly entrepreneurial role for a commercially driven professional who is comfortable opening new accounts, developing a market and selling products or solutions with a significant technical component.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the commercial strategy for the Mexican market.
- Identify attractive market segments, target customers and new business opportunities.
- Generate new leads and actively build a sustainable sales pipeline.
- Prospect and engage with industrial customers, key decision-makers and relevant stakeholders.
- Manage the full sales cycle, from initial opportunity identification through proposal,



negotiation and closing.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers, partners and other relevant market players.
- Understand customers’ technical and business requirements and translate them into compelling commercial proposals.
- Work closely with technical and commercial teams to develop appropriate solutions for customer needs.
- Follow up on quotations, projects and ongoing commercial opportunities.
- Monitor market developments, competitors and industry trends to identify additional growth opportunities.
- Represent the company at customer meetings, trade fairs, industry events and relevant networking activities.
- Provide regular reporting on commercial activity, pipeline development, forecasts and market progress.
- Collaborate closely with the European headquarters and other international teams.
