World Renowned Cellular Performance Institute is looking for Licensed Nurses.

The Cellular Performance Institute, located in Playas de Tijuana, is looking for bilingual licensed nurses to join our esteemed team, delivering exceptional care to our diverse patient population. Collaborate with top-tier health professionals to implement personalized treatment protocols, ensuring optimal outcomes for every individual under our care.

Responsibilities:
- Taking and recording vital signs.
- Administering medications following the Seven Rights of Medication Administration.
- Properly completing and maintaining clinical records.
- Reviewing the refrigerator temperature log in the nursing station.
- Reviewing the crash cart log.
- Discharging patients when assigned, including reviewing and purging the physical medical record as applicable.
- Providing nursing care.




- Developing nursing care plans related to independent nursing activities.
- Knowledge of the NANDA, NIC, and NOC taxonomies.
- Supporting and assisting the medical team as required to ensure proper patient care and attention.
- Preparing supply orders for material and resource consumption.
- Returning equipment, supplies, and medications at the end of the work shift.
- Ensuring compliance with NOM-004-SSA3-2012 regarding the medical record.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing, with professional degree and license.
- Advanced English proficiency is a must.
- Experience in the care of hospitalized patients and administration of intravenous medications.
- Peripheral IV cannulation, wound care, operation of biomedical equipment, central venous catheter management, and effective communication.
- This is a full-time in-person position.
