About This Role:
We are hiring a Graphic Designer for a fast-growing DTC travel and comfort products brand to create high-converting, native-style paid social creative, turn briefs and performance feedback into strong visual iterations, and use AI and design tools to produce accurate, high-quality work at speed.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design conversion-focused static ads, GIFs, simple motion, and short-form creative for Meta and other paid channels, plus supporting assets for email,



landing pages, websites, and social media.
- Turn creative briefs, hooks, customer insights, campaign goals, and performance feedback into strong visual concepts and new variations of winning ads.
- Create native, organic-feeling paid social creative using strong typography, composition, hierarchy, imagery, color, and direct-response design principles.
- Use AI and design tools to generate, edit, and iterate product imagery, lifestyle visuals, concepts, and simple video assets.
- Review all work for copy accuracy, grammar, alignment, spacing, dimensions, branding, and asset consistency before submission.
- Collaborate with creative strategists and media buyers while managing multiple briefs, revisions, file organization, naming conventions, and deadlines independently.

- Adobe After Effects, CapCut, or similar motion/
