As a People Insights Data & Application Management Lead, you will help build a trusted, scalable data foundation that enables better workforce decisions. You will shape HR data strategy, quality, governance, integrations, and availability across enterprise systems and analytics platforms. Your work will directly support reporting, people analytics, operational excellence, and strategic HR initiatives. You’ll collaborate with technical teams, HR data specialists, and business partners to turn complex requirements into practical data solutions. The role combines hands-on data management with application optimization and continuous improvement. You’ll operate in a general, collaborative environment where data quality, privacy, and usability are critical. Accountabilities
- Support the development and ongoing maintenance of HR data architecture, integrations, data pipelines, and data flows across HR systems, analytics platforms, and reporting tools.
- Partner with internal and external HR data specialists and technology teams to ensure workforce data is accurate, consistent, reliable, and fit for analytical and reporting purposes.
- Maintain HR data quality and governance through audits, validation processes, data cleansing, data dictionaries, KPI definitions, standards, and comprehensive documentation.
- Manage data models, ETL processes, data feeds, and system integrations supporting HR reporting, analytics, and operational processes.
- Support the administration, optimization, and continuous improvement of HR information systems and people analytics platforms.
