About The Position
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced
Associate
Director, Materials Planning
to lead the end-to-end materials planning strategy and commercialization agenda across the organization. This senior leadership role will be responsible for ensuring material availability, optimizing inventory investment and enabling the successful execution of innovation, renovation, productivity and material-change initiatives.



The Director will establish the strategic direction, governance and operating model required to deliver business growth while protecting service, cost and operational continuity.
- Develop, implement, and oversee material planning strategies to meet production demands and inventory targets.
- Lead and manage the demand planning function, collaborating with sales, marketing, and production teams to forecast material requirements accurately.
- Utilize and optimize Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems for material planning, inventory control, and supply chain visibility.
- Manage inventory levels across the supply chain, implementing strategies to minimize obsolescence and maximize inventory turns.
