Job Summary

A company specializing in electrical power distribution and industrial solutions is seeking a Project Manager to coordinate projects from planning through completion.

The position will work closely with customers and internal teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and according to established quality and safety standards.

Responsibilities
- Define project objectives, scope, and requirements.
- Develop and maintain project plans, budgets, and schedules.
- Coordinate activities with customers and internal teams.
- Monitor project progress, milestones, and deadlines.
- Evaluate scope changes and coordinate the necessary approvals.
- Identify and mitigate project risks.
- Follow up on issues and coordinate corrective actions.
- Maintain effective communication with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Read and interpret mechanical and electrical drawings.

Requirements




- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- 3–4 years of experience in project management or project coordination within manufacturing companies.
- Advanced English proficiency – required.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Ability to read and interpret mechanical and electrical drawings.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong teamwork and customer service skills.
