Advanced Manufacturing Engineer – Assembly

Responsibilities
- Conceptualize, develop, and implement process improvements focused on operational optimization and cost reduction.




- Support capacity expansion initiatives, new product development, and the implementation of new manufacturing processes.
- Read, interpret, and understand mechanical drawings and CAD models in both 2D and 3D formats.
- Provide innovative mechanical engineering solutions to support equipment design and manufacturing processes.
- Offer technical guidance on component design while ensuring compliance with manufacturing best practices.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Manufacturing Engineering, Production, Quality, and Supply Chain.
- Collaborate with Corporate Quality, Automation and Controls, and Product Engineering teams to support business objectives.
- Provide engineering support for new product and process introductions, ensuring compliance with New Product Development (NPD) procedures.
- Define, develop, and implement assembly processes, workstation layouts, and material handling system
