Overview the position

Senior Facilities & Building Operations; play a key role in creating a safe, efficient, and exceptional workplace experience. You will lead facility operations, maintenance activities, vendor relationships, budget management, and compliance initiatives while identifying opportunities to improve services, optimize costs, and enhance building performance.

Typical tasks
- Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance activities for corporate facilities and building infrastructure.
- Manage relationships with external vendors and service providers to ensure service quaity and compliance with company standards.




- Monitor facility budgets, expenses, purchase requests, and service contracts to optimie operational costs.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building requirements, and emergency respone procedures.
- Oversee building services such as HVAC, electrical systems, plumbing, fire protection ystems, and workplace amenities.
- Conduct facility inspections and coordinate corrective actions to maintain a safe and efficient work environment.
- Support office improvement projects, space optimization initiatives, and workplace enhncement programs.
- Coordinate facility-related procurement processes, quotations, purchase orders, and contract renewals.
- Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities to enhance facility performance and employee experience.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Civil Engineeing, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Architectur
