Position Summary

The E-Commerce Operations Manager – Mexico is responsible for the daily operations and operational performance of the company’s e-commerce channels in Mexico. This position ensures that product catalogs, listings, inventory, orders, fulfillment processes, returns, marketplace systems, and platform accounts are accurate, efficient, and operated in accordance with established service levels and each platform’s requirements.

Job Responsibilities
- Manage the daily operations of Amazon Mexico, Mercado Libre, the company’s website, and other assigned e-commerce channels.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date product catalogs and listings, including SKUs, titles, descriptions, specifications, attributes, categories, images, variations, prices, warranty information, and fulfillment settings.
- Use relevant search terms and marketplace-listing best practices to improve product visibility while maintaining accurate information and compliance with applicable platform policies.
- Coordinate the setup of new products and SKUs and confirm that content, pricing, inventory,



system configurations, and fulfillment information are complete before launch.
- Oversee the complete e-commerce order cycle, including receipt, system transmission, processing, preparation, shipment, delivery, cancellation, return, refund, and claim resolution.
- Monitor order flow and data accuracy between marketplace platforms, order-management systems, the ERP, warehouses, and logistics providers. Investigate and promptly resolve errors or integration failures.
- Coordinate with Supply Chain, warehouses, and third-party logistics providers to maintain accurate inventory availability, prevent overselling and stockouts, and ensure timely order fulfillment.
